How do I know which insole size to order?
We recommend ordering based on your standard shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size, as most of our insoles can be trimmed at the toe for a custom fit.
What is your return policy for worn insoles?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the support or comfort of your insoles after trying them out, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

Can I move my insoles between different pairs of shoes?
